[IRCA] NE Oregon Sunday night TAs

Despite S9+20 static, European LWBC reception was pretty decent this
evening, especially in the hour or so just after sunset. MW eventually had
many hets with a number at levels one would think would produce audio, but
didn't. Only 1134 Croatia produced poor audio at 0316 utc.
LWBC with audio: 153 weak; 162 weak/medium; 171 poor/weak; 177 weak; 183
weak/medium; 189 weak/medium; 198 weak; 207 poor; 216 weak; 225 weak; 234
poor/weak; 252 poor; 270 poor/weak--all from 0220-0330 utc. That may be my
best ever for
number of channels with recognizable audio at one session--and despite the
high static level.
Conditions on LWBC declined as the static crashes became continuous; 162,
189, 198 still had some audio at 0400 utc. MW still had lots of hets but not
as strong as earlier too.
