[IRCA] TP's for 9-30 nice recovery

Tuned in at about 1340 and things started to hop.

Significantly improved reception on the TP with some bonus DU:

Fair good audio on 567(JJ), 585(RR), 594(JJ), 612(EE), 747(JJ),774(JJ), 828(JJ),
972(KK), 1287(JJ)

Poor - fair audio in splash - 639, 702(sounded EE), 756, 765, 963

Threshold audio but largely carrier - 783, 792, 855, 1008, 1053, 1134

Overall - a decent recovery from yesterday.
