[IRCA] TP's for 9-30

Good morning
 
Listened from 1240-1325 UT and it was very poor for TP's with carriers on 594, 693, 747 and 774.  The only audio was from Japan on 747 and 774 at 1313 UT.  The audio was very poor and did not last very long.
