so, that's what the 1395 carrier might have been down here; was 
expecting the high powered, but off-channel Albanian.  What was heard 
here was 1395.0001kHz, so not Albania.   Presumably 1512 was Belgium 
rather than Holland?

As for this evening (21 Sept UTC), was out in the earlier part of the 
evening, but 0430UT showed carriers only on 1053, 1215 and 1269, with 
1215 the strongest, which wasn't very.
