Bill,
It really does not matter if WBAL was fairing better a bit later. But
what about tomorrow or an hour from now? The situation is that your
local is being QRMd in the local area. CX change. Sometimes the KEX HD
QRM is not as bad here. Like this morning JOOR 1179 was audible, but
tomorrow it may not be there. In the case of a local, that is a
different story.
