Z,

I think 18% of viewers get TV over the air. The vast majority have cable
or satellite. However that date may get bumped again too. I get
translators here for the Portland stations. Checked the translators for
digital signal with past weekend and not a peep. My Toshiba has a
digital tuner, so it looks like even the stations in Portland that have
the translators here are not in any hurry.
