[IRCA] WQEW

I caught a reasonable bit of WQEW last night with WPAD still off the air.
Has anyone received a QSL from them recently (i.e., last couple of years)?
The most recent QSL I?ve seen listed is about 2004 and it looks like it took
a great deal of effort to get anything from them. Also, anyone know who the
CE is these days? Thanks.
