[IRCA] 1181 still going

The mystery 1181.0 carrier is now into its fourth week. Perhaps everything
about it that can be said has been said, except that I for one am still hearing
it on almost nightly quick chex, such as 0052 UT Sept 8, and it is still
looping about 125/(305) degrees from here. Can anyone come up with some new
ideas about what or who may be behind it? Still a good idea to keep checking it
regularly, in case some different bearing show up or something else happen to
