[IRCA] TP's for 09-05-07

Good Morning,

Listened from 1115-13355ut.  Our lab tripped over the bottom wire on the loop and disconnected it this morning.  Outside in the dark trying to find the loose wire.  Once connected the SW loop worked well.  Conditions very weird.  Upper channels dead, HLAZ barely made it to weak.  Even JOUB 774 finally got to fair at 1318.   The H-800 active whip is used for the long-wave stations.  This morning it was pulling in the few TPs that had audio.
This happened last Spring also.

234             Russia, threshold audio at 1240.

279             Russia, weak with music at 1241.

657             Very weak signal with music, DU area. 1235

702             Weak audio at 1217.

738            Threshold audio at 1252, weak with music 1335.  

774            Japan, JOUB weak at 1313, fair at 1318.

828            Japan, JOBB weak 1321.

1566          Republic of Korea, 1228 weak signal, no better after pattern
                  change.
