[IRCA] Help needed on 1220 unID

At 2200 EDT I have an unIDed station on 1220 that is running Fox sports. I have been hearing this for the past three nights, but can not get an ID on. 

It seems to fade just as the ID or any local ads come up. (Isn't that always the way it is??)

And help would be appreciated.
