[IRCA] Local IBOC outlets

Today, 8/21/07 I decided to actually turn the radio on during daylight
hours.  So around noon I made a check of the band from 530-1700...

First I found that my neighborhood generated QRN hasn't dissapated all
that much.  Most of the buzz has gone but the other blanket noises
surely wipe out a lot of potential dx.

IBOC was found on 580-KMJ-Fresno, 770-KCBC-Riverbank, 910-KNEW-Oakland,
960-KQKE-Oakland, 1050-KTCT-San Mateo &1170-KLOK-San Jose.  KWRU-940
Fresno has been heard at night with IBOC but their daytime signal was
buried 90% by hiss from 910&960.

780 KKOH Reno was only faintly audible through hiss from KCBC-770.
740 KCBS was not running its IBOC.

Looks like a big mess coming up.  Good thing I have other hobbies to
work on.
