Lots of low-band MW hets this morning, with poor audio on 639, 648, 774, 
792, 828, 1116 from 1115-1250 utc. Far East Russian LWBC usual weak-medium 
level, 279, 234, 180, 153, mostly early in the session. 1737 KUT, PNG 
beacon. Medium level TWEB on 251 OSE Bethel, Alaska.
