Conditions were about the same as yesterday morning.  Tuned to 189 and noticed an open carrier, also open carrier on 279 at 1150 ut.  153 & 180 with programs running.  Conditions decreased shortly before 1200 ut.
Listened from 1105-1243 ut.


153          Russia, Radio Rossii weak with music at 1117.

180          Russia, Radio Rossii weak at 1149 with man in Russian.

279          Russia, Radio Rossii fair with music at 1119.

774          Japan, JOAB weak at 1124 with woman in English.

1566        Republic of Korea, HLAZ 1141 weak with woman singing.
