Thanks. It does sound like they had changes through the years. That may
explain things. Of course moving the tx site can make all the difference
in the world.  KFAR 660 Faibanks AK dropped power on MM's to 1 KW for
that night/morning too. I don't know if they still do.  Also new
stations come on, and they might make a deal like KBOI 670 did when 670
Simi Valley CA wanted to boost power. KBOI added more towers to put less
signal to the South at night. I think the Simi Valley CA station paid
plenty for that and all of the cost of the changes at KBOI. They must
have really wanted that power boost.
