Joe, the answer is "no." The IRCA was (historically)
set up to cover the AM BCB, and later the higher
limits of club focus was extended to the higher MW
frequencies.

We're supposed to focus on broadcasting stations, but
as you may have seen, so-called experimental stations
have been represented here, and many members log and
QSL them, and count them in their totals.

Myself, I stick to the usual term "broadcast station"
and exclude experimental stations from my totals
(although they may appear in my chronological and
frequency logs).

 From my viewpoint, I would say "no." I would not,
myself, object to discussions of amateur radio on
this reflector, but I'd probably delete most of
them. Others would strongly object, I suspect,
because they would have even more stuff to wade
through.

Why don't you as Lynn Hollerman about going through
hard-core-dx.com and setting up your own forum?
