Thanks Nick:

Unless there are lightning bolts jumping off the surface of the Sun,
Tahiti is almost a sure-thing on 738khz a tad after 10:30PM Tofino time.

Other regulars as Nick has outlined would be-

Fiji on 639, Australia on 612 and 1114, Japan on 594, 693, 747, 774 and 828,
Korea on 972 and 1566... etc etc etc. All the Asian stations come in best at
just before or at sunrise -- so set your alarm clock.
