[IRCA] DX logging: WPJS-1330, Conway S. Carolina

1330 WPJS SC Conway: logged @ 1800 6/22 while doing a quick band-
                       scan for SC early skywave. Just tuned off local
                       WOOW-1340 and AGC ramped down just in time to hear
                       old preacher say "On 13-30, W P J S, Conway, South
                       Carolina." Poor, but practically no co-channel
                       QRM. (CAT-NC)
