Hello All,
 
     For those of us who are still not bored with the  saga of 
St.Helens-1600, a Google search revealed a very interesting blog  documenting the sale 
process of KOHI last year, including the eventual owner's  frank assessment of the 
copper radial problems, a proposed business model (in  the face of multiple 
skeptics), and a general discussion of the viability of  low-power AM stations. 
Even if you are bored to death with the KOHI thread,  this discussion should 
be relevant to anyone interested in  the evolving challenge of low-power AM
