And New Northwest sold of 92.9 C1 to Salem Broadcasting for some big dollars -- so that Salem could re-locate 92.9 C3 in the center of Portland -- 80 miles away.   Why wouldn't they move 1370 AM over to a Class C2 or C1 -- on a new FM band ???    They would have five years to sell or build the new FM.  And they would still be able to operate the 1370 for five years.
