Paul,

What would be the monthly cost of a station playing music 24/7?  KOHI was CW, new owner went talk to keep for playing music licensing fees.

Does a station that runs syndicated talks shows have to pay the owner of the talk show?  Or does the local station run the syndicated talk show commercials in lieu of a fee and insert their own local commercials?
