But a couple feet out of 1500, to affect the directivity? I was quite
floored. Now with a EWE or K9AY, I have found small changes can make a
big difference, but I was surprised with the beverage. Although, I am
really bugged by having to raise it, but I had no choice. But I would
rather have a raised beverage than none at all. It still works, but not
as directive (by cutting out QRM to the South & North) as in the past,
especially on the high end of the band. It may in reality be more
directive at the mid to bottom part of the band. I wonder if raising it
could affect that?
