                       Noted again today 5/9 at 1700 in
                       WDOX, Raleigh, null. Just barely
                       discernible 500 Hz marker and 2-kHz
                       "RR." First noted two days ago @
                       1243(12:43 p.m. for your civilians)
                       with greater strength. Not skywave.
                       Is anyone else hearing this?  No
                       other Cubans noted on other freqs.
