If there are noise-free bulbs, I think we all need to know which
brands/models are the best.  Not for this house, but if the neighbors insist
on using them, I can make an offer of replacing buzzers with noise free
bulbs.  

Or I can call WFTW and tell them they're inaudible due to noise and start
that ball rolling.

The only people who will benefit from this, in America, are lawyers.

I just have had experience with the two Pacific Power sent as freebe's.
I still have them, but they put out carriers. My originial thread, I
asked if there were any "noise free" CFB's out there. But I have noticed
at Fred Meyer the CFB's that were $10 each have come down to $2.95 ea
now. So more people are buying them. It looks like they have more CFB's
than the regular bulbs now. But I can still buy the regular bulbs for 99
cents per 4.
