[IRCA] OT: CFBs and CFLs

Whether they be Blubs or Bulbs, I DO NOT APPRECIATE any level of government 
telling me
what sort of luminaire I may or may not use in my home.

I can determine for myself whether an incandescent bulb is satisfactory.

If Washington decides it has the power to tell me to use any sort of luminaire,
I think Washington needs to be replaced by a nice, big forest. The kind of
place where bears can poop in safety.
