I'm really not sure when the stations in that area are
supposed to drop power/change DAs. I think it's 2000
local, but WCSL wasn't on 46 watts.
WYSR High Point (NC) is supposed to drop power then,
too. But they don't seem to do so.
IF WCSL goes to 10 kW (and I don't think that's certain),
they'd BETTER drop power, or there'll be a fuss raised
by co-channelers in the area.
