[IRCA] TPs for 5 April

With the gradually declining solar indices the TP carriers (at least 
from the big guns on 594, 693 etc.) reappeared today, though they were 
best when I first tuned in at 1215 and then declined, while the DU 
carriers improved towards sunrise.   No audio from either area today.   
The off channel station on 1107 was a bit closer to frequency today, 
only about 92 Hz high.
