[IRCA] TP for 04-04-07

Listened briefly around 1245, then again 1330-1340UT.   Seems to have 
been the morning of the low band big guns, as all rose to reasonable 
levels at odd times (I kept checking back because I didn't believe 
how weak they were most other times).  Upper band was pretty poor; no 
audio on HLAZ for example, but not a particularly good morning.   All 
below are "best strength".

reasonable audios (though often battling w/splash): 594, 747, 774, 
828 (none were consistently at this level)

not so reasonable audio, occasional words in splash or noise:  612 DU

Burbles in the splatter:  567 JJ, 639 DU?, 1134, 1287

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by 
splatter):  972 1053
