[IRCA] 990 this AM

I ran remote recordings 0000 - 0600 here maybe 5 miles from WNTP. So
far, it's a combination of electrical noise, CKGM and an unID with
medium-tempo songs in Spanish sung by a female. I can't find anything
domestic east of the Rockies which would seem to qualify. The loop was
roughly E-W to drop CKGM and WLGZ down, so anything from the Caribbean
would need a large signal. There are probably a half dozen possible
Mexicans with enough power and still this side of the Rockies, and I
didn't get enough to even attempt to distinguish the music type.

Did anyone else hear this and perhaps ID it ?
