Reinstated? How dare they? File an appeal! NRC suspended me for one week or 
until I 'could express myself in a more civil manner'.
 
My defense: After fifty years I remain - in NRC's informed judgement - 
'uncivil'. Why should they suffer false belief that within a week's time I'd, as if 
by magic, turn 'civil'.
 
My final counteroffer: Banishment for Life.
 
I cautioned them, should they not banish me forever, never again would I post 
them. 
They're still trying to figure out that part of the binding agreement.
 
Disgraceful.
