[IRCA] UNID talk on 1160

For some reason, with the WNW EWE and SW EWE, phased againt each other,
I am getting my usual Northern lobe with KNOM, KICY, etc coming in. Also
I am getting some weak talk station behind KSL. No LPRTs or anything to
the North I know of. Strange. Tried the Eastern beverage and no sign of
the talk station, just KSL very strong.  It sounds soft spoken, low key
in English.
Ideas?
