[IRCA] Of all the nights to log my first TA...

With all the reports of strong Croatia-1134 tonight, I had to give it a 
try...and at 2252 EDT I finally logged the sucker, with a barefoot 2010, 
no less.

Lots of WBBR to contend with, not to mention plenty of ambient 
electrical noise, but I heard the Croatian talk and some AC-ish music, 
by golly, and it only took 7 1/2 years at this QTH...
