[IRCA] UnID 1170

Shortly before 2100 EDT tonight, I noticed a station on 1170 under WWVA 
playing the tune "Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head" (BJ Thomas), then some 
patter from a female announcer.  She bid the listeners goodbye until 
tomorrow, and went into big band tune ("In the Mood").  At TOH there appeared 
to be a brief sign-off announcement by a man, but it was drowned out by WWVA, 
and then they were gone.

The only station I can find that would fit the format is WLBH in Mattoon IL.  
This would be an hour past their nominal sign-off time, but they could have a 
PSSA.  They don't send much signal in my direction, though.  Any other ideas 
on this one?  Maybe someone in the midwest could check 1170 just before 2000 
CDT in the next few days?
