Bob,

Its way past that. I begged and begged and begged DXers on all kinds  
of mail lists back in 99/00 to comment on FCC Docket 99-325 the IBAC  
"Enabling Act" because that was the time to stop it. Some very few of  
us can stand up and say we commented, I know Bill Harms was one. I  
was one. Bob Foxworth was one.

We could have made a dent in it at that time when the FCC wanted  
comments before anything was decided.

Don't let me stop you from writing your congressmen and senators. I  
suppose a miracle could happen but I still think its too late.
