And doesn't this exoise TeamBLOC's palpable dishonesty? On one hand they blat 
interminable exhortations re 'we must do more to get the HD message out' .
 
But they don't. 
 
Like suspects, they dummy up. Yeah, they coerce engineers into silence & 
strong-arm station owners. But they've yet to tell listeners that they plan to 
plunder their airwaves.
 
Do you know of any person or company that keeps customers - in this case, 
listeners - completely in the dark about a great new product or service? 

I don't.
 
If TeamBLOC doesn't intend to seize public airwaves by stealth, then how
