Patrick is much more diplomatic than I. But I completely agree with the
statements he's making. In the three or four years that I've been involved 
in
arranging DX tests, I'd say that "negative situations" have arisen on 
average
about once every six months.

In every case, it involved a DX'er who was attempting to "play cop", provide
correctional instruction to a station regarding their operations, or 
otherwise
inject themselves into someone else's business.

As a business owner myself, I can tell you that if someone forwarded an 
e-mail to
me that had the subject line, "High Noon Film should be subject to a fine
or license revocation", I wouldn't be too pleased to hear from anyone 
connected
with that group again.
