Download goldwave from _www.goldwave.com_ (http://www.goldwave.com)  grab the 
LMAE mp3  encoder(that's what its called)... it's all free.
 
If its just AM DX, encode it at 32K Mono 16hz and all will be good, that's  
what I use.. and what I do.
