[IRCA] WWL 870

 2330 PST ,Victoria,BC Just turned receiver on at 2330
and went to 870 just in time to hear ID from WWL 870
AM and an unclear WWL FM freq as fade out was in
progress and N.O.signal was replaced by Spanish music
until 2338 at which time everything there went into
unclear mix.---First time for WWL here .----Bill in BC
