[IRCA] TPs for 02-23-07
Conditions were not as good as the previous two mornings. 10 TP stations with audio heard. Listened from 1415-1532 UT
594 Japan, JOAK very weak at 1441 with music.
693 Japan, JOAB weak with English lessons at 1438 with much
domestic station splash.
774 Japan, JOUB fair with English lessons at 1437.
1377 China, fair at 1504, //4460 with talk.
1422 Japan, JORF weak at 1434 with man in Japanese and music.
1503 Japan, JOUK faded from threshold audio to fair signal at 1509
with music.
1563 Republic of Korea, HLAZ weak at 1436, then fair at 1445.
1575 Thailand, VOA weak at 1457 with man in Asian language.
1593 China, woman in Chinese // 5050 at 1503.

Got a call from Eva at Palstar and my MW 550 preselector tuner in fixed.
Needed at new PC board and they replaced the knob and cleaned the unit.
Will be nice to get it back in action. Wiped out by a bolt of lightening at Grayland last April. Lightening did not hit the BOG, but the thunder woke me up. Never heard thunder that loud.
