Purely speculative & doubtless off the mark, but - 

  Had R. Victoria, Puerto Padre, CU, 1040 on 04 JAN '07 from Coco Cay, BHS, 
L&C.

In light of earlier learned postings re inaccuracy of night MW bearings, 
u.s.w., take w/bag 'o salt, but hum/lo-whine heard on 1040 at 2200R, LOBS > Puerto 
Padre, onna NW-SE axis.
