[IRCA] NON-KZIZ 1560

KZIZ-1560 is not on tonight so one of the weekend warriors must have  
been running the station last night. Tonight it's the normal KNZR on  
top and a fluttering KVAN off the side. I wish to correct my comment  
last night about their CH being 500w; it is 3300w. This is correct  
both in their current mode (5kw-D) and their CP mode (5kw-D, 2.4kw-N,  
U12.
