[IRCA] TP 02-05-07

Started listening this morning at 1450 ut and JOUB was in with a level 7 signal.  When the sign-off chimes started at 1500 ut their signal was fading fast.  No other audio heard this morning.  LW had some strong carriers, but no audio.
