[IRCA] KGYN 1210

I will add my voice to those who have heard KGYN 1210 on the East 
Coast.  I heard them with a strong signal overpowering WPHT (120 
miles from here) with IDs and country music. 0400 2/3. On my West 
EWE, no nulling with the phaser necessary.  This is more than good 
conditions, I believe their antenna pattern is out of whack for some 
reason. Re-log for here
