[IRCA] minimalist TP DX

774 did have weak audio briefly at around 1545UT this morning, but 
upper band continued dead.

On the off chance, checked the NHK2 channels again at 1640UT for 
their s/off.....well....there were carriers on 747, 774 and 828, so 
suppose that is something, but certainly not a hope of audio.

Also was able to hear 1566's carrier revive somewhat at 1730UT with 
their pattern change.   Getting audio on that is going to be a real 
struggle at home, especially with these conditions.
