[IRCA] unIDed "Country Kick" on 780

MW DX fans,

Last night (1/8/07 at 1900 EST), on 780 I heard an unIDer that called 
itself "Country Kick."

The NRC AM DX Log gives no obvious clues, and neither do the latest SDXMs.

Does anyone know who this station is?
