Sounds like CFDR, Dartmouth NS. They have slogans like "Classic Country 780 Kicks", also use "KIXX", "Continous Classic Country", "KIXX Country".

Tonight (1/7/07 at 1900 EST), on 780 I heard an unIDer that called itself 
"Country Kick."

The NRC AM DX Log gives no obvious clues, and neither do the latest SDXMs.

Does anyone know who this station is?
