[IRCA] Help with Mexican QSLs

I have a few reports to Mexican medium wave stations that have gone
unanswered for quite some time. In most cases I've even sent my reports via
registered mail with a return receipt and never received the confirmation
card back. This, along with the fact that J.D. Stephens got a QSL from a
station only after someone mailed his report from within Mexico makes me
think my letters may not be getting to the stations.
So to the point: Do we have anyone on the list who either lives in,
frequently visits or is planning a visit to Mexico that could mail a few
reports from within the country? If so, I'll be happy to compensate you for
the cost of postage and your trouble.
Finally, here is a short list of the stations I have heard and not been able
to get a reply from. If anyone has any suggestions or inroads with the
stations I'd be grateful for your advice:
XEFW 810 - Tampico
XEMF 780 - Monclova
XEOY 1000 - Mexico, DF
XETI 750 - Tempoal
Thanks for any help you can offer.
