This morning it seems to be 1579.982, but Barry's already determined:

a) KGAL's not likely to be heard there and b) CKDO seems to be the culprit.

Wonder if CKDO needs a cheap PFM service?   There's all these DXers 
with nothing better to do than measure frequencies....
