[IRCA] Real Country on 1220

For the past week or so, I have been trying to ID the station on 1220 
which has been using the network ID of "Real Country."  At the top of 
the hour, when the signal is on top, I have not heard a local ID.  
Who is this station?  When is the best time to hear the local ID?
