Who or What moved in -- next door to KOA ??

Mike, a suburban city has grown around their formerly rural transmitter
site. It is now surrounded by yuppies constantly complaining of
interference to their telephones, TVs, toasters, and toilets never mind
the fact that the station was there long before the yuppies were. KOA is
not planning to move as far as I know. It was just a discussion.
