At 1539UT,  all sorts of weak audios are popping up in the upper 
band...but 1566 still isn't particularly strong.

Who would have CC sounding talk on 1404, music on 1395...?etc. Other 
audios, all threshold on 1422, 1287, 1242, 1503, 1557 (probably 
Taiwan, with the slow talking gentleman, but not enough for language 
ID), 1593 (possibly //5030, but this is threshold).

But splatter makes it rough to ID anything.
